Thanks A-Z This place absolutely rocks. I've always been treated fairly and the work has been amazingly high quality. A few times I've asked worked to be done and have received calls from them saying, "Hey, you really don't need this done. We can do it for you anyway, or I can just save you a couple of hundred dollars and not do it." AMAZING honesty.
Just Be Careful Be very careful about about this repair shop. You bring the vehicle in for one problem and then you receive a phone call from them with a list of additional problems and "potential" problems which they suggest you repair and/or replace because "down the road there could be issues". They claim they would be saving you labor if you fixed the problems now rather than later. Despite being AAA approved, they do practice this ploy which unfortunately is common among so many garages. Honest, affordable, caring, and great mechanics to boot! These guys are like the big brothers that I never had! I have never had a family member take care of my car but I can only imagine that they would have the same care and consideration as A-Z Auto. I got some work done to my car, and had a problem that started the day I picked it up. I called back thinking it might be related, and got an exasperated and annoyed response that it wasn't that but could be three other things related to my tires balance, tread or rim. (I told them that was weird since it started the day I picked up the car, and I had just gotten 4 new tires balanced and mounted over the tax free weekend.) Thank you! – Brought my new Audi in to have a protective film put on the front end. A-Z did a great job with the install. Not only was it much cheaper than the dealer, they were also very friendly.
Freddy the owner was very responsive to the concerns I had about my repair. While the initial work had a few issues, he was very concerned to hear this, acknowledged them, and did what was necessary to make it right. I ended up very satisfied. If you have any issues with your repair for whatever reason, make sure Freddy knows about them.

Terrific Car Repair – Backing out of my garage and not realizing the door was not all the way up, I violently ripped off the antenna from the roof of my Mazda CX-7. The force not only ripped off the antenna but also caused a dent in the roof and deep scratches in the paint. I had just bought it (<1300 miles!) and the the paint was a special metallic color (black cherry) which I was worried about being able to match.
