My husband and I were told to come visit you folks because we were looking for a new stove. I cannot tell you want a wonderful experience we had at your store. Not only did we find the stove I wanted but we found 2 cabinets we were looking for also. David did a wonderful job and answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured to make a purchase. David was a pleasure to work with and he thought my burning a hole in my oven with an olive oil lid story was a funny as I did.
I purchased a washer and dryer. I am very happy with these appliances. The owners of this company are great people to deal with. Very Satisfied!

Business response:
This is absolutely not true. We didn't have another item in stock matching what you needed so we gave your money back a year and a half after you purchased the item. The manufacturer provides warranties on all new items and there is an option to buy an extended warranty from us at checkout.
They should tell customers they sell salvaged appliances. I bought a washer and dryer, paid new appliance price had nothing but trouble with washer until the maytag corp replaced machine and said the one I bought was a 2013. Not even manufactured anymore.

We never like our customers to have an issue with their products they buy from us, but I will say again, we do not manufacture them and our products come with a MFG warranty. When an appliance is new, never used before and something goes wrong we do our best to rectify the situation. We had Maytag service go do the repairs and she ended up with a new machine.
