I booked the Sundancer for my graduation party. We viewed the ships months in advance so we were pleased with the ship we chose ahead of time. My biggest complaint was the preparations. The contract included an event coordinator, Deisy, however she disappeared as soon as my family arrived to set up for the event. Although the party itself was great we also had gifts stolen by the crew. I was told the cameras weren’t working and there was nothing they could do.

We made my wedding organization with this company in October 2022. Our belongings and money were stolen while the ship was in motion. They were never interested and when we asked for the camera recordings, they said the cameras were not recording. We never talked about it in the contract or somewhere that the cameras would be turned off. We were victimized, the yacht company and the person called Steven never apologized and did not call or ask.
