I rated this center as a 2 to be fair. The experience here has been less than professional. the doctor was pleasant, the staff was not so pleasant, no smiling faces, no warm greets, short and blunt. I did not like that my results have yet to be shared with me especially knowing that I was really concerned about the matter. Dr. Boyd is an exceptional doctor. I scheduled a hysterecomy for 2/24/2021. I inquired about changing the date to an earlier one. I was given two possible dates the 4 or 18th. At the time I was not experiencing pain that I couldn't manage, so I declined. However today I called because I awoke with pelvic pain on both sides and in my lower back. Rude staff, unkind and in friendly. Doctors refuses to get you your results in a timely manner. After numerous calls I had to get my primary physician to get results!
Dr. Boyd is one of the best doctors! As well and her Nurse Practitioner Aquia Ward. They cares about all their patients and the staff is great and very friendly. I had a great experience and not to mention she does surgeries. All the females in my family visit Dr. Boyd and love her. I would recommend anyone who needs a OB/GYN doctor to come and see Dr. Boyd as well as her Nurse Practioner, Aquia Ward. They are wonderful!
