Wonderful staff. Enjoy getting to know Dr. Cooper.
I felt the need to leave a review after I read so many bad ones. I had my first visit today with Dr Cooper and the whole experience was great. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff, techs and Dr Cooper were all so nice and quickly put my nerves at ease. Would recommend to anyone!
I had my first appointment today. Everyone in the office was very nice to me. I did not have to wait long to see Dr Lynn. She was very professional and I felt that I could really open up to her. The pap was painful, but maybe I was tense, being a new patient in a new place. There was a data entry mistake made by office staff when creating my online portal account but this was quickly resolved by the office when I brought this to their attention. If you want to hear a doctor and her assistant you've never met talk trash about you on the other side of the door to the room you've been waiting in for 30 minutes... then this a place for you because you can hear them through the door. The only bright spot is Lynn Fiore. She is sweet and attentive.
