The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. This is a very hard time for most people who come in here is a very sensitive situation not only was she rude when I was nothing but nice but when I went to the other room, she continued to talk about me in a bad way to her other coworkers where I could hear everything because the walls were very thin and she spoke very loudly. Everyone at the clinic was nice but I need to take a minute to talk about the nurses. I interacted with 3 and they were my blessings today. There is one who did my ultrasound last week and today, she’s the one who got me set up in the procedure room. She held my hand and talked to me the entire time. The other nurse who called me in from the waiting room ended up fixing the nitrous gas machine because it was not working properly. I could tell the doctor was in a rush.
