Dr. Ferguson delivered all 3 of my kids. I was very sick during one of them and Dr. Ferguson went above and beyond during it. In addition, I recently had a surgery that she explained everything to me, I knew exactly what to expect.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, answer your phone!!! I have been calling daily, since Jan. 10, after 9am and before noon, then again after your l lunch break. I begin calling again at 2:30-4:30. The only time someone answers the phone is when you're at lunch from noon-2:15. What is going on?
Dr. Adams-Ferguson is a very gifted surgeon and a very intentional listener in my experience. A lot of these reviews say the wait time was long and I did not experience that but I would say the wait would be worth it if you're looking for a highly professional and emotionally safe OBGYN experience.
Everyone team member has Great customer service! They answered all of my questions and the office was so clean! ★★★★★
