Ordered a mixed bouquet over the phone to be delivered for my Mother’s birthday. Flowers were beautiful but within 24 hours the gerberas had died. I reached out to let the shop know via their website but they did not respond.
Chose them because I'd heard they were the best at styling flowers but was very disappointed with their service. After visiting them to pick up my arrangement, the owner was so rude to me and made me feel like garbage for politely asking for it to be changed a little/added to. I was told that what I wanted would look silly (I'm a florist myself) and when I asked if she was okay and had had a ruff day, she ignored me.
