Chose them because I'd heard they were the best at styling flowers but was very disappointed with their service. After visiting them to pick up my arrangement, the owner was so rude to me and made me feel like garbage for politely asking for it to be changed a little/added to. I was told that what I wanted would look silly (I'm a florist myself) and when I asked if she was okay and had had a ruff day, she ignored me. Great service. Live in Brisbane but needed some flowers sent to a friends mothers funeral. Could not of asked for better service and quality of flowers. Thank you for making our mates sad day just that little bit better.
