I placed an order online through this company's website on a Friday for a Saturday delivery. I received a confirmation email with an order number. THREE DAYS LATER, on TUESDAY, my order had not been delivered and the florist and so I call the florist. They did not call or contact me. While the florist said they had called the credit card billing address phone number (only number option allowed to enter for the order), to tell me she did not have in stock what was on her website. RecommendedDawn, Thank you so much for the beautiful floral arrangements you made for my daughters Rehearsal dinner. They looked wonderful on the tables. Also thank you for delivering them for me ,along with the chargers to The Reatta. I was getting a bit overwhelmed with last minute details. This was the second time I used your florist and have been very pleased.
Had flowers delivered to me at work today. I seriously looked at the arrangement and thought someone was playing a joke on me. They looked like leftover funeral flowers. It angers me that someone I care about spent money on this. What a beautiful gesture ruined. Don't wast your money here people. There are too many excellent florists in Weatherford, just a short drive away.
WORST customer service I have ever received! Not only did I NOT get what I ordered, but the flowers were already wilted and the water was dirty! DO NOT order from this company, save your time and money.. The lady also went and took the flowers from the person I sent them to on her birthday! That is what you call poor customer service.. Will NEVER use them again and I suggest you don't either.
Very disappointed. Ordered flowers for a friend who had surgery (lives in an apartment). They were given to the main office and no attempt to take to her door. Obviously she just had surgery and has no business going to the main office to pick them up.
I sure hope you run your business better than you drive. Thanks for causing me to run off the road because you decide to pull out on highway and traffic was going 65 in a 65 speed limit....I almost rear ended you and you chose to go 40 for the next 8miles. I sure hope you don't drive like that with others in your vehicle....thanks for putting your business name on your back window. You could have caused a major wreck!
I ordered a large planter arrangement for my sisters funeral, what showed up was probably the smallest arrangement possible. Extremely embarrassing for me and my whole family. Highly dissatisfied. Looked like I couldn't be troubled to spend any money to remember her by. Have tried contacting the company and they will not answer my calls.
