Wonderfully time can wait till this year to tour with them again
SCAM - BEWARE!!!! I scheduled a 12 passenger carriage ride for December 2022. I received a voicemail 30 minutes prior to the reservation stating the ride was cancelled due to weather and that a refund would be issued. The website states the refund would be issued within 30 days of the cancellation. After several attempts to contact someone to issue my refund, I was told their system was down and they had not been able to process refunds, but should be back up soon. Our family had a wonderful experience with Whitehaven. They were on time, organized, and very professional. Our driver was very kind and caring toward the Clydesdale leading our way. Don’t forget to bring a treat for your horse and tip your driver!

This was a big miss last night. First off they should not be booking tours when there are no Xmas lights up to see. The driver admitted she knew that the official xmas tree lights don't come on until 12/4 in highland park - why are you selling tours for big bucks when your guest will be disappointed? We waited 25 minutes for our carriage to arrive (meanwhile they were giving excuses why it was late, but it was all lies) we don't care that it was late but don't tell us its because your watering the horse or stretching it out?... read more
