I hired whip city siding to replace all 18 Double Hung windows and 3 Porch windows in March 2019. Here was my experience and my personal review: Whip city re-used most of the exterior trim work around each window as is and it did not look new nor professional. They did install trim around stop of the window, but the contract is very vague and said under Extras "Cap Exterior Moldings with Aluminum Trim".
