This company's primary focus is shielding the owner against liability for shoddy work. I dealt with the owner. He claims to have been sued, so he makes his top priority following various bogus (wasted cost) guidelines to prepare a smoke and mirrors "expert witness" defense instead of doing quality work that doesn't give rise to legal claims. He speaks like a law school dropout. Caveat Emptor!
A-Ward has done 4 different tile installations for myself and my familly. I will not use any other installation company. A-Ward is professional, punctual, and the quality of their work is unmatched. I give a special recommendation to installer technician Tony. He is a master craftsman with tile. My floor was perfection. From leveling to cleanup there was not a flaw. 5 stars for the business side and the installation technicians.
