Long story short this company screwed us over after buying a brand new home from them and here we are almost 1 year and half later and my home is still not finished after being lied too way too many times and being told someone would come make the repairs 4 times and someone finally showed up once after 5pm looked around and said he would be back Saturday and never showed up or called and we made xontacts and attempt to make contact with the company several times and never could get a straight answer. Purchased a home last year, (2018) Received a letter from Putnam county that A and W didn't complete inspections on permits. As of October 15, 2019 we have been told our electric will be shut off and we will not be able to live in home do to no occupancy permit. Someone from A and W needs to contact us immediately !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! phone number was left with Olivia

If only they had a negative number for this rating! I wouldn't even know where to start...the Biggest mistake we have ever made was purchasing a MODULAR home through A&W! We have had problem after problem and spent countless amounts of money repairing our home! They were made aware of every issue yet nothing was ever done! I would not recommend anyone using them!
