CONSUMER BEWARE!! Our supposedly "custom builder" hired A&W Roofing to install our roof several years ago. For our roof we chose the top of the line "Certainteed Shingle" which came with a lifetime warranty. We wrongly assumed that since we chose the very best top of the line roofing shingle that the workmanship would match the shingle and the multi million dollar price point of our new home. Leon and Pablo have been incredibly responsive to roof leak issue I’ve been having after they installed the roof on my new home. Some leaks are easy to find, some are incredibly difficult. They have consistently stuck with it and stuck with it and now they finally found the culprit. I really appreciate them, continuing to pound away at the problem until it was solved. This is the company you want to hire for your roofing/contracting needs. They SHOW UP!
A&W Contracting installed a new roof on our home in May 2020. Since then, we’ve had repeated issues with shingles blowing off. Each time, A&W charged us for repairs and attributed the problems to high winds, even though our immediate neighbors have not experienced these problems. I had my roof installed by A & W Contracting through the builder D.R. Horton, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Within a relatively short time, I started facing issues, including a roof leak in the main bedroom. After getting it inspected, there were concerns about the quality of installation, including problems with shingles and ridge vent work.
