We used to do all our business with them, now we won't do any. The last three times we have been in, they have given us such terrible buy back prices it is sad. We traded one item to them that was older a month back, gave us a decent price and we were very pleased, we went into today with a newer version of the same item and was told they couldn't find any information on it, and would only give us a tenth of what it was actually selling for used. Best pawn shop in nampa hands down. Customer service far exceeds any other retail or shop in nampa. Great experience every time I walk in the door.

Good selection and quality of everything a pawn shop should have. Customer service was on point as well.
I will never do business with these people again. There are too many other honest pawn shops around. I along with other people on the line were told the week beforethe first 10 people would get $100 cash for the store. But that didn't happen. We sat in line for 2 hours in the cold weather and they handed out envelopes. So maybe the last guy that showed I've got the hundred dollars. Really disappointing!
