My wife called and spoke to Mary about a Mossberg 12ga they showed as in stock on ZIdaho and Mary said she would put a hold on it until after I was off work and could come pick it up. When I got there Mary told me that they had sold the gun even though she supposedly put a hold on it, I looked at the 12ga they had in stock while some kid who clearly knew nothing about guns kept trying to push me into an over under that was more than double the price of the gun I originally walked into buy. After three days no word from them! I left a message on your web site but got no response. We bought a black hills gold necklace and hummingbird from mountain home. The necklace I was told was gold however it is not and turned my neck green. We spent $63.60 and I would like a gold necklace as I was told it was.
They say they’ll take anything of value, but the last five or so times we’ve taken something in, we’ve been turned away. Either that or one employee says they’ll take an item and when one of us show up with it, another employee says no. At least stay consistent. Sometimes we’d like to sell certain items quickly and be done with them. This isn’t the place to go if you want your money’s worth.

Had a wonderful experience love the manager it was 2 mintues before they were going to close and we need a lend the manager took care of us. Gotta love this place great customer services all the time!!!!!
