The guys at VIP helping me with a wheel balancing, tire rotation and alignment on my 2006 GMC Sierra. The truck was shaking pretty bad on the freeway due to a previous balancing at another shop. They fixed the balancing and gave a great alignment. Truck drives straight as an arrow and very smooth now on the freeway too.

I have been here before to change all four tires, and it was a pleasant experience. 09/15/2025 They let me take off with a shaky tire up front. They did my brake pads in the back and left a loose washer in one of the screw, causing an extremely loud noise. I have been back twice to report the issue. I had a flat and this shop was two minutes away from me and I was able to make it. They assisted me instantly and was able to replace my tire with a brand new one. They truly give customers VIP treatment. Thank you guys very much
