An emergency sewer back up and a blocked toilet in my basement was something that required competent and professional plumbers. Phoning A. Villeneuve was definitely the smart decision. Vince and Alex brought the camera and it recorded the blockages and the problem areas within the full length of the pipes. The jet spray was used and the toilet was put back in place. Three hours and ALL was well. I was so glad to have things working again
It is just about impossible to have these types of companies to show any interest in providing service. All they do is take down your phone number and say I'll have someone call you. No one ever calls back. It makes you wonder why they even advertise. I rated this a three only because the woman who answered the phone was polite. Only Villeneuve kept their word and called back. Villeneuve removed our old pellet boiler and installed a propane boiler at a very reasonable price. We found their workmanship to be outstanding as we... read more
