My experience while living there was great the community is calm, neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. The manager Monica is amazing she made my move from LA to Oxnard super easy and stress free. Always kept us updated on things and if something needed our attention she would let us know. 10/10 recommend this place!!
Lived here when I was in the military and needed an affordable no frills place to live that allowed me to save some much needed money. They're not fancy by any means and I had a language barrier with many of my neighbors at times. However, not a bad place to live overall. My only complaint is that the vehicle gates can be slightly unsafe when traffic is high
