This property was absolutely unacceptable. The walls were crumbling, it was extremelt loud, smelt of cigarettes, the floor had dog urine on it, and the bedding was covered in stains. Within 30 minutes of checking in, I checked out—and was then told I would not be receiving a refund. Not only were the conditions unsanitary and appalling, but the customer service was equally dismissive and unhelpful. An overall disgraceful experience that no guest should ever have to endure.
