Room service - non existent Rooms - a bit run down, dirty dishes in sink, no fresh towels in room. Had to request, ended up going to the front desk to get them ourselves.
Staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and we have been able to get towels and anything we needed without any problems.
Front desk is so very kind and the rooms are nicely kept. The cost is pretty reasonable considering the cost of surrounding hotels.
