Twice now Melissa has gone above and beyond with the most excellent customer service helping our family. So grateful for Melissa!
This place was one of the worst hotels I’ve been at and it’s has nothing to do with the conditions of the room it’s the Manager Melissa! She treat the staff like slaves! I was there for awhile and I went to ask why they tax me since I been at this location for over 30 days and she ended up kicking me and my son out also she was calling me a low life and other things! Very disrespectful and she is always high while working! Bad place to go!!
if i could give 0 stars i would. this place is gross. there’s dead bugs behind the doors & sticky stuff all over the floors, walls, etc. pool is closed & it REAKS of cigarettes & marijuana. not to mention it looks nothing like the photos. do NOT recommend staying here only nice thing was the front desk workers.
