I rarely leave reviews, and I’ve never left a negative one but this experience left me no choice. I came in this past May for a sew-in and was at the salon from 10am to 5pm. After seven hours, I left without a finished, wearable hairstyle and was still charged full price. My stylist mentioned she wasn’t feeling well, which I understand happens, but that doesn’t excuse not delivering the service I paid for.
