They used my company as a subcontractor. They said they would be making a final payment of $16K to me, then went back on their word that everything was to their liking and spent $8K of that on repairs without asking me, then said if I borrowed money to pay current workers comp (they wanted me to have workers comp not only on job but while they waited to pay my last paycheck), they would pay me $8K.
