I called this company, they seemed the most knowledgable of all the others I spoke with. They explained what would be done along with a price, this was hard getting just this information from other companies. When they arrived nothing was left to surprise, what they said on the phone was accomplished and I found the air quality was better, no dust to breath. I felt better and would recommend this company, as well as use them again.
No bueno – HORRIBLE!!!! This company is a scam!!!! They came to my house and they did more damage than cleaning. I called a different company to check...all they did was blow up all the dust and lint and now the entire system is clogged! When I called for a refund, Shannie (office manager) said that it was in the hands of their corporate office...mind you, they do not have a corporate office! It is a private company!!!! lv2scammed – Had service done by this company. Young skinny gentlemen hispanic did the service. When he started the work he 1st went into my walkin closet. I advised him that I would watch him because I never had this kind of work done before. He open the vent and a large cotton installation fell on the side of his ladder. I wasnt sure if it came out of my vent. He explain I had a leak in my hose and fiberglass was coming out of my vents!! He would do the job for $200 under the table. Got Scammed – made an appointment for air duct cleaning with the subject company. About half way through the process, the tech went up into the crawl space in my bedroom closet and came to me with a small piece of insulation, stating there were leaks in my ventilation system, causing the insulation to spread throughout the system. I stated he should call it in to his office for an estimate. He stated that if he did that, it would cost me about $450., and he would do it for $200. Bad Co. – They came out to clean my dryer vent.When they left is was not working any longer they sais they would come back and fix it never heard from them.they are a rip off stay away bad news.looks like we will be going to SC court what a pain in the A--.
Best cleaning for the Price – I have used other companies in the past, and thier price was always different than one quoted to me. Vegas Valley Air Duct price quoted was the price paid They didnt ask me to count airducts They were able to get to me quickly(same day service). They did a much better job than i expected for the price
Now Less Dusting, Fresher Air – I have dogs and cats in my house. When the workers came, they were friendly towards my animals and professional.When they left the air was much fresher and there was a lot less dust in the air. I would use this company again. I would recommend them to others.
Terrible experience!!DO NOT use this company – I couldn't even give them a star! (I have to on this site!) Their contractor sucks! They tried to make max money from me and lied to me that I have a furnace! I just purchased this unit and wasn't sure if there's a furnace! Poor work – The guy showed up and wanted to just vacuum the ducts using a hose with a small sponge thing on the end. I was told on the phone that they used brushes (as shown on their web site). The guy got annoyed when I asked him to use the brush and tried to talk me out of it because it would cause more dust. I was told on the phone there would be no dust. He attached the brush & cable to a cordless screwdriver and only spun it enough to make it move through the vent. I doubt it did much cleaning. This is not the "advanced... read more
