I had to lease my beautiful newer home in the Pinery due to a family situation. Jeff and Wendy presented me with a 20 page+ contract, painted a very positive picture on who they were going to rent to and that the "neighbors will appreciate the care you took to rent to someone who will treat the home with respect". Being inexperienced I trusted them. All questions I had were answered with lies. very impersonable. You can never get a hold of them by phone, only via E-mail. if you're in a contract with them you end up working for them and they don't work for you. all they care about is $$$ and it shows once they get you stuck in a contract. It takes forever for them to actually do repairs. they can't handle confrontation. If you bring up one little thing and they feel defensive about it they will bring out the wolves. I would not recommend this company to anyone, run far far away.
