I had a wonderful father's day experience! After my sauna plus the 60 minute massage I felt relief immediately and somewhat gain energy I haven't felt in years. Great job! And the woman behind the desk is a doll! Great service with a beautiful smile! Thanks again

The best massages in town!
I HIGHLY recommend Massage Therapist Hristo at Valley of Vitality. I went in with massive body tension from driving 3 hours M-F and sitting at the computer 8hr M-F. Hristo's massage literally relieved the pain. Very professional and knowledgeable about techniques, kinesiology and what the body is communicating thru pinpointing tension in order to maximize relief and relaxation.

Had a wonderful massage by Lauren. Thank you! I have Fibromyalgia and spinal issues. I normally have to ask the therapists to ease up during a massage, but not this time. I had a CBD infused massage and recommend it for anyone. The atmosphere was very welcoming along with the very friendly receptionist. I live in FL but come back regularly to visit my kids and grandkids. I will be back to see Lauren.
Amanda was awesome. Really worked out the knots and tension on my back and shoulders. I haven't felt that relaxed and free from pain in years. The cbd massage really did help. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and I will most certainly be returning when I am able.
