We LOVE traveling with AV. The service is always top-notch. The staff is very caring, detailed-oriented and always going above and beyond ( They paid for a tram to save us from having to walk 15 minutes to the Leaning Tower of Piza in the heat.) They take you to the most meaningful sites and the most exclusive restaurants. Buses are always air-conditioned and super clean. We have done half a dozen trips with AV and can't imagine traveling with anyone else. We've also booked them for a private tour for our family.
My experience with AV Travel was far from satisfactory. First of all, they charge $35 per ticket, which is absurdly high. I don’t understand how they justify such an excessive service fee, especially for the minimal service provided. It makes no sense to pay that much just to book a ticket. Be aware with this agent they rid off customer when you cancellation normal if you call directly airline charges $100 for cancellation they charge $350 Also irresponsible
