The front office secretary “Len” is the worst!! Very rude, very unprofessional, disorganized, bad attitude, and thinks she owns the practice! Scheduling is bad enough, wait times are a different story! You walk in and they overbook every single day always full, the clinic is small, tight claustrophobic that you can smell other patients! They make you wait for hours even though you have an appointment or you arrive early. My family and I have had Dr. Resuello as our doctor for 12 years. We’re grateful for her practice. The wait time may be long but her visit is worthwhile. She will do a full assessment and is very thorough with explaining. This is why there is a wait. She takes her time with each patients. She never declines a patient in need to see her.
I know that the wait Is long with this doctor . but I really still think she's great . She took one look at my neck . And ordered me to do biopsy . I thought my neck looked normal : but it turned out I had thyroid cancer . It was caught while it was in stage one . And I am now cancer free all thanks to the skills of this doctor. Eternally grateful for her
This place is a pathetic excuse for a medical professional's office. First off, it is in a gross old house in the ghetto and has no parking. You have to park 3 blocks away in the street. Second, the wait is 2 plus hours. That is ridiculous. Learn to schedule properly. Both times I have been here there are at least 5 people sitting around sleeping because of this unprofessional and inconsiderate approach to health care. The staff are also completely uncaring and incompetent.
I would give less if I could. 3 hr wait is unacceptable
