Av Resuello, Medical Group, I want to advise regarding an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful interaction I experience when calling your office to confirm my appointment on 10/14/2025 at approximately 2:30pm pst. During my call, the first staff member informed me that she could not locate my information and then place me on hold.
