Bad customer service on the owner/ manager’s part. I’ve given this place a few chances but it continues to disappoint. The “first come first serve” policy doesn’t apply to the manager as he picks and chooses what order to address his customers, ignoring me completely today, and he is generally very gruff. I guess I’ll spend my money on Amazon like a normal person, instead of supporting a local business who doesn’t care about their customers. 1 star, will not be back.
The quickest service in town, hands-down. They always do a quality mount and balance job for a great price. If I want new tires, I get them shipped to my house and then bring them here for installation, it saves me so much money. I just got four tires mounted in 30 minutes today without an appointment. I’ll be back again soon.
