I requested service on a broken AC unit on 2 June 2025. I received a phone call from the company informing me that a technician would contact me before he came to my home. That night I received a text from Jesse saying he would be at my home between 10 Am to 12 PM. I took a 1/2 day of leave to be there. After waiting over 4 hours I contacted the company via phone at 14:30 to inquire when if at all would the technician arrive. I am a customer of Am. Home Shield. My gas furnace was making noise so I opened a ticket a few weeks ago. Am. Home Shield sent a tech from A US Air Conditioning to look at it. They took off the cover on the furnace in the closet and let it warm up, but it did not kick on. The tech made one adjustment then told me that there was too much dust in the 18-year-old unit caused by lack of maintenance and that I would not be covered by my contract. Service gos through American home shield for home warranty. we are now on the 6th trip to fix our air conditioner. 2 trips to replace coils, unit still froze up, tech came out and said everything is working fine. froze up again, took pictures and new tech said it needed a compressor and had to be ordered. they came out yesterday replaced compressor and ac still not working, blowing hot air. then I complained and they won’t be back our for 2 days. poor customer service and incompetent technician. since they messes up yesterd... read more

Worst customer service. The technician damaged my flooring in my home and admitted to it. Later his supervisor stated that we were lying and for me to file a claim with my homeowner insurance policy. Now we have to replace our flooring at our own expense. We did not choose them as they were sent by our Home Warranty company.

Since June, we’ve been dealing with a group of serial incompetents who go by the name of A-US Air Conditioning of Texas, Ltd. They seem to pride themselves in a policy of only employing technicians who insist on being blindfolded and spun around nine times before attempting any repair or installation. The results, as you might expect, are a landslide of failures which they somehow manage to not only reproduce, but surpass in each subsequent attempt they appear to be making to rectify. The worst company I have ever dealt with run as fast as you can have another company do your service call they will try to rip you off the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with if you have American home shield and they want to send this contractor out refuse request a different company.

They didn't fix the problem and after 12 days of calling and rescheduling, their tech can't seem to show up when he is supposed to. I am stuck with them because of my home warranty company. WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
