MY STAMPED CONCRETE COURTYARD AND STEPS HAD WHITE FILM AND SPOTTING ON IT. I had ultimate concrete look at it and was 100% promised they could solve the problem. Within less than one month the white film and spots came back. After many attempts by me I could not clean the film or spots off, I had ultimate concrete come out and they tried to clean the concrete WHICH FAILED.They emailed me a cleaning method which involved a special product and a high pressure washer(are you joking).
