My mom and I go here all the time. My mom more often than I but I go with her sometimes. I got my hair cut with layers and I also got bangs and highlights. The person the did my hair was phenomenal and no one could’ve done it better. I love my hair and it flows perfectly together. I am going back for another appointment soon and I can’t wait!! And that is why I give The Twisted Scissors a 5 star review!!
