Industry standard is a 30 day return policy on masks. Turning leaf only allows you to try out two masks. My mask is hurting me and they attempted to charge me to replace it. My insurance company allows, and pays for mask returns until the mask fits. They lied to me about my insurance coverage, saying that they wouldn't pay for me to change my mask. Then quoted me a price for a new mask. Which feels fraudulent to me.
Shawna Hebert is AMAZING. She has such great customer service and will definitely fight for her customers! I was not only able to get a c-pap BECAUSE of Shawna, but I received my machine from a turning leaf before I even received a call back from the other medical supply company. I highly recommend this company!
