Horrible customer service, sent 3 boxes to Maracaibo back in November they still haven’t delivered them, now the recipients have to go pick up their boxes. Not the Service I paid for, won’t be sending anything else with them. Awful customer service on the phone, at the very least they should reimburse me for not delivering the boxes in time. Excelente servicio, excelente personal, que mas decir. Los recomiendo un cien por ciento luego de poco mas de un año enviado artículos a Maracaibo.
Muy mal servicio mienten y tengo dudas si mi envio se lo robaron.enviamos por avion hace un mes y no dan respuesta te dejan esperando y no atienden.
