Recently started with them (less than a month) and am ready to cancel. My bill is electronic (told that I wanted paper) , put me on auto pay told them not to) . I told them payment needs to be end of month they made it mid month. On phone with them again for 4th time. Saying fixed now but will see. Am checking with other carriers. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
The office wasn't at the listed (and promoted!) address.
Please please do not believe what they’re telling you it’s all lies and full of scammers even AT&T doesn’t do anything,,,once you signed they are gone
