We hired Dan and his company to finish the hardwood floors in a home we had bought in Sacramento. He is great at BS, but after two months of utterly incompetent workmen and negligent work, during which time we had an unlivable home, he denied the evidence of his eyes and walked on the job and the contract. We got another company that came in, repaired the damage his people had done, and finished the rest of the job in FOUR DAYS at a much lower cost. Daniel and the team were great. I'm extremely pleased with both the purchase price on the materials (beating an online quote I received) as well as the installation of the flooring. It just looks great. All flooring installation is hand done, and craftsmanship and attention to detail is required to get the results you really want. Daniel's team was very qualified in laying out, cutting, and installing the boards, and were very responsive to cleaning up any glue or minor issues in the process.
