Advertised as secure storage. We stored our camper over summer and fall, went to pick it up and it was gone. Manager had no idea when it was stolen. We asked for a refund and they initially said no but finally gave us half. Very discusted

I really like this company. The whole process was waaay to easy to rent a unit! Everything is online from sizes, floor plans, pricing and paying online. You still have a person that you can speak with if you need some support or additional information and they have always been super nice. The size unit I got is big for the price compared to other companies so I feel like I got a great deal! Very clean, well managed and extremely friendly. Sherry is so welcoming and she also provides extensive information. Fairly priced compared to surrounding areas. I feel my things are very safe there. Very good security.
