This Is A Very Good Tow Truck Company These guys are very professional and get the job done!! IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT IF YOU ARE PARK IN VISITOR PARKING WITHOUT A STICKER, IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT IF YOU ARE PARK WITHOUT A PARKING PERMIT OR PARKING STICKER IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT WHEN YOU DECIDE YOU WANT TO PARK IN THE FIRE LANE WHEN IT SAY ON THE SIGN NO PARKING IT PISSED ME OFF WHEN I SEE PEOPLE WANT TO TEAR DOWN A BLACK OWNED BUSINESS BECAUSE OF YOUR OWN FAULT. DO THE RIGHT THINGS AND YOUR CAR WON'T GET TOWED!!!!!!!

This is the worst tow company ever, very rude customer service. They towed my car 5 times for no good reason unfortunately there is no way to escalate. If someone knows the appropriate authorities to petition them please let me know. They are really bad and concentrate on money only. They will even create a reason to get your car towed.

I live in cheverly station, I called to have cars towed when I first moved in due to limited parking and having to carry my 3 month old from 4 buildings down and got a very rude guy telling me not to tell him how or when to do his job. I parked in the fire lane 5 minutes because I had to run inside and take my sitter home for the night , barely 5 minutes and I was towed while other VISITORS were still parked.
