Hidden charges and false advertisement to the max. I ordered flowers from online. The flowers that was on the website and what I received was nothing alike. Different color vase, half dead roses, smaller bouquet than the online pic. Over all just trash. I called and expressed my concern and nothing was done about it. That's not how you do business.
