RecommendedI ordered a replacement switch for my Statler online last week, and picked it up a day ago while we passed thru Zanesville. Even though I arrived early, they opened the doors and let me in...thank you very much! Very friendly, beautiful fabrics...I will definitely stop at the shop again when I’m in the area!

I highly recommend Doug for everyone who is having grief with their Gammill machine’s! He is wonderful and so patient. He is also a very good teacher and wants to make sure you have all the information you need to get the best results!
I went to Touch of Thread looking for a sewing machine and everyone in there were very helpful, polite and a pleasure to get know. When you walk in that store you automatically feel like part of their family. I would suggest them to anyone and everyone.
Doug is great! Very patient and worth the drive!! My Gammill was giving me grief 😢and he has it purring like a kitten! Better yet he explained how things should be and what to look out for!! I really wish he wasn’t 6 hours away but he’s worth the drive! It’s a great shop! I highly recommend them! Thanks Doug for your help and patience!
I had Doug come and service my machine on his route through Ohio and Indiana. He spent 4 hours making sure everything was working perfectly. Can't wait to start sewing again tomorrow. It's like having a brand new machine!! Thanks Doug. Cindy Houser

I ordered my new 22” Vison 2.0 which was delivered yesterday! Doug spent about 4 hours with me to make sure I was comfortable with maintenance, loading and operating the machine.
