I came to Eryn with a sore neck while on vacation. Her pressure point massage cured me!! Honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had!! Studio vibes are awesome as well.
Eryn was incredible! The space is so welcoming and has a really warming/relaxing environment - both in the waiting area and the actual massage space. I appreciated the time that Eryn took to talk about goals and what areas would be helpful to focus on. Having a check in after was so nice and got to reflect and ask questions. Did the private couples massage class with Eryn as a Valentine’s gift to my S/O and can I just say it was phenomenal?! Eryn spent a good amount of time asking us what we wanted out of the class and then tailored it to our specific needs. As a chronic pain sufferer, it was so sweet and helpful to have her walk my S/O through how to help me, and make sure that he was doing it properly! Eryn Hays LMT was able to use trigger point release on my shoulder and provide pain relief from the back pain I have been suffering from for four years after seeking out multiple forms of alternative healthcare/therapy I would recommend A Touch of Peace to absolutely anyone and everyone
