These guys are the best to work with in town. We called to have them cut some glass for us and they had it ready in an hour. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
To start with the entire process took over 9 months from when I paid to when the windows were finally installed. It started good, they very promptly came and measured the windows and gave a reasonable quote. That was the middle of May. Then after paying the deposit I didn't hear from them for weeks, so I called to see where we were. Turns out they forgot to order the windows.
