I removed my original review because I wanted to give the business the opportunity to address the situation privately first. After the responses I received, I feel it’s important to leave an honest update for future customers. What was ordered was a tropical arrangement in a clear vase. What was delivered was a completely different arrangement with red and pink flowers in a red vase. Hydrangeas are dead and roses old…one day after delivery. So sad.
My niece ordered some flowers for my wife for Mothers Day from here. She called me to make sure we would be home on Friday, May 8th for the delivery. She gave the florist my phone number for contact. Friday came and went with no delivery after we waited all day. She received an email saying delivery didn't happen, but would the next day on Saturday the 9th. We stayed home all day Saturday, but no delivery again. No phone call, no email. We let our niece know what was going on and she was very upset. Sunday we left for a few ... read more
Lovely arrangement from my son. However, the next morning the yellow mums had wilted and there are petals all over the cabinet they are on. Some of the greenery has fallen out also. Short stems. Put water in them the minute they were delivered yesterday. I-00 flowers are not good a picking out local florists.
