Lovely arrangement from my son. However, the next morning the yellow mums had wilted and there are petals all over the cabinet they are on. Some of the greenery has fallen out also. Short stems. Put water in them the minute they were delivered yesterday. I-00 flowers are not good a picking out local florists.

The day before Valentine's Day I had a large bouquet of 12 roses.. carnations and other flowers. Upon delivery the rose petals are already falling off. Within one day most of the roses were wilted and so were some of the carnations.

This company should be renamed Touch of Trash Florist. I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday through a third party website and this horrible florist was selected by the third party company. Touch of Trash delivered the flowers to the wrong address and then called my mother and accused her of lying about not receiving the delivery. The delivery photo they provided was of a completely different house and not even the correct color! The fact that you are lying to these customers who post bad reviews is absolutely disgusting. Regardless what 3rd party person they order from, you are the one who made and delivered these hideous low quality arrangements. On top of that you are trying to promote your website over Flower companies that you work for, which is absolutely shameful.
