Amber completely botched my sister's haircut. We went in for a haircut on Thursday August 21. I asked for a trim and lots of layers in my hair and she spent maybe 4 minutes on my hair then I asked for face framing and she didnt even do that correctly, she refused to do shorter pieces in the front.
