My dogs love Melissa. I have several dogs that are groomed with one of them being a very shy labradoodle. Melissa has developed a relationship with him that has made grooming a positive experience in which he enjoys his visits. This is a big dog and he always leaves groomed beautifully. He is prone to dry skin and she goes out of her way to condition his coat to prevent hot spots. I give her 10+ on the 4 dogs she and staff do for me.

This is the best groomer we have ever had. She is exceptional with our 9 year old Shih Tzu. She is patient, kind and loving and we would recommend her to anyone.
Melissa does an amazing job and she is wonderful with the animals. I have never felt anxious about leaving Bella there as I know she will not only look amazing when I pick her up but she will be treated kindly and well looked after.

I have an old Chihuahua very set in his ways and can be grouchy. After putting off grooming and nail clipping for as long as I could because of a bad experience somewhere else I finally decided to give A touch of Class a chance and I am so glad I did. They was able to fit him in quickly and my very grouchy old man didn't leave completely stressed. He was calm and happy after his treatments. One happy Chihuahua and fur mom! I will be a repeat customer for sure.
