Their “lifetime warranty” clearly doesn’t mean much. I called about a car they tinted 20 years ago—the film is now bubbled and warped so badly you can barely see out the windows. I was told over the phone that yes, it’s covered under a lifetime warranty and they could remove it. I have had work done by a touch of air glass and trim for more than 20 years, mostly tinting my car windows with good results. Occasionally I have had to have illegal dark tint removed and replaced with legal tint. So I brought a different car to them which I showed them and scheduled an appointment for removal and replacement of illegal and terrible tinting done by someone else.
