Very rude and unwilling to help!!! – For Christmas I had purchased a 1 hour massage gift card for my mother-in-law. In the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season I misplaced the gift card and just chalked it up to lost money. I recently found the gift card but noticed that it had expired. Being as how I never gave it as a gift I thought that I could call "A Touch of a Feather" and explain the situation to them and they could issue me another gift card (being as how they still had my money and I had not received a service)... read more
