Carelessness caused damage. A Top to Bottom Tree Service was contracted to remove a tree from our neighbors property which partially overhangs our driveway. Without consulting us about our car that was in the driveway (we were not at home at the time, no other attempt was made to contact us through our neighbor who could have texted) they commenced the tree removal without putting a mat out to protect it and broke our car's windshield.
