Loyal Customer – I have been going to A to Z Wireless for quite some time now. I've purchased some phones from them as well as had some phones unlocked. I was very delighted with their service and I referred a few friends to them. They were able to fix my broken iPhone after I had reset the phone (they told me not to). It took a few days, but it was still fixed. When you drop off a phone overnight they will give you a slip so that when you come back you are able to get your phone back. Worst customer service. Stole 2 of My I-phones – I took an I-phone with an error to fix, I was told to come back for it. I went back to the store and some guy named Amin tells me that they can't find my I-phone but it was unrepairable anyway. I thought it's OK, it happens.
